During a search for breakfast in Bridgeport, Ct Don Roque Garage populated so we decided to stop in and I am glad we did! If you are familiar with Trumbull Cafe then you will love this place too! We ordered a few things to the table for breakfast such as a blueberry waffle, french toast, some coffee , tea , sausage, eggs, and two Tijuana bowls. ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS ! Amazing spot for breakfast or lunch, recommend the chilaquiles, and the French toast! The food is fresh, spot is very clean!
This is my second time coming here...great customer service, delicious food, nice atmosphere! Had the chicken breakfast tacos with hash browns and a corn muffin, and my husband got pancakes & chicken. Will be going back soon!

Don Roque Garage is a hidden gem that attracts people for brunch. The food, ambiance and service is really top notch. Customers enjoy the cafe de Hoya coffee, a drink only found on vacation in Mexico. The Americana burger is a big beef patty, cooked at a perfect medium rare, served with bacon, cheese, tomato and lettuce. It is delicious and often paired with a side salad which is perfect. Another popular dish is the chicken and waffles, a favorite for many. The restaurant has a cool vibe, with plenty of tables and a bar/counter area. Liquor is not served, but this is fine for most visitors. Overall, Don Roque Garage offers a great brunch experience with quality food, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a place many plan to return to.
