The staff here tonight around 645pm refused to get a frozen matcha without sugar. They act like is so hard to acknowledge that giving sugar to someone who requested no sugar can actually make them sick. They refused to remake it without sugar and actually had an issue reimbursing. I don't think the Dept of health would like to hear that the employees are ignoring health care concerns from their customers. NO SUGAR MAY MEAN THE PERSON IS A DIABETIC.
