This was just bad….they mess up my order twice in one day I ask for a hot chocolate for my son I get a hot coffee I asked for a McGriddle I get all the way home……no McGriddle…..everyone in that building has to be high or something, because it makes no sense to me, the way they treat people sucks…..there staff has no problem with eating at a table an looking at customers up and down it’s ridiculous there’s no respect for there selves or others who enter there environment. This will be my last time going to McDonald’s or any of there franchise, today has shown me why ppl spend there hard working money on this business to be treated with no respect.

Apple Setting

They are way too worried about there drive thru time and not about the quality of your visit. There won’t even be a line and they are telling me to go to number 1. They charged me wrong multiple times and continue to get my order wrong and then my food suffers waiting for the fix the park ave choice up the street is a better option if your willing to make the 4 minute drive!

As a customer it's fine. As an ubereats driver it's been a while since I've been this ignored. 28F degrees outside I'm waiting at the window for 5+mins, the order clearly sealed and labeled on the counter. No one comes over. I drive to the speaker, they tell me I don't have to wait I can go to the original window. I wait there another 10 minutes. Again, the order is visible and ready 15 minutes now. As I was writing this, a worker took my order and another man's order. And came to the window. he gave me my order which was just the one bag I had seen there for 15 minutes now Just confirming what I had always known: that this order was done and had been for quite some time. if you get some food delivered from here and it's cold, there's 2 reasons. 1) they have no problem just leaving it out to chill cause they don't wanna come to the window and 2). Less drivers are going to want to come here and wait in the cold for them to actually feel like bringing completed orders to the drivers. The other driver who was waiting with me said "it's always something with this place" and even though I haven't delivered for this McDonald's in over a month i'm inclined to believe him.

My order had two single quarter pounders two McChickens and fries. Everything was ok except for the quarter pounders they both were under cooked. By 5he time I realized I had taken a couple bites out of one and even those bites messed my stomach up. Unless you want to waste your money there's other McDonald's you should go to in Bridgeport.
