Customer service isn't that great but if you order your food through the app or through their kiosk you have no problem getting what you want and how you want it. No going back in to tell them they made it wrong.
I don't eat the food. I just get the $2 frozen drinks and literally only the happy meal toy. And not the actual happy meal. Polite staff. Atmosphere? It's bridgeport that says enough. Food? Haven't eaten in the last 20 years. Not the same as when I was a kid so I respectfully pass.

They are way too worried about there drive thru time and not about the quality of your visit. There won’t even be a line and they are telling me to go to number 1. They charged me wrong multiple times and continue to get my order wrong and then my food suffers waiting for the fix the park ave choice up the street is a better option if your willing to make the 4 minute drive!
