They should do something about several things there. Chief among which is the Drive-thru communications. Fix your damn headsets, so you can hear me! Secondly, provide adequate security. I don't want to be hassled by some scam artist posing as a beggar every time I crave a Quarter Pounder. You want people to come back do you?

Honestly, compared to the other McDonald's in Bridgeport, I can't complain about this one. To me, this is probably the best McDonald's in Bridgeport. The staff is nice, the establishment is clean, and they work very hard to keep that drive-thru moving as fast as possible. But compared to Park Avenue McDonald's, State Street, and Main Street, this is the best one in my opinion.

Customer service isn't that great but if you order your food through the app or through their kiosk you have no problem getting what you want and how you want it. No going back in to tell them they made it wrong.
