Visited on 08/09/2025. I asked for two venti cups of ice for our hot bottled water. The shift supervisor (John) refused unless I bought something. I’ve been a Starbucks customer more than 5 years and was disappointed. Please coach staff on basic courtesy requests like water/ice.

Some nasty little girl was NOT minding her business and caused the young man to give me a cup full cold cream. She butted in where she was not needed, I’m going to an another location and have my coffee made right way. This happened on Tuesday 7/1/25 @ about 5:45pm

Please slow down. This location tends to rush and my orders consistently get messed up. Even when I take the time to be overly specific, they end up adding 6 pumps of the honey mixture. Just slow down.
I come to this location particularly because I LOVE THE SERVICE. The young lady Zai at the drive thru is always so welcoming every time I pull up, she already knows my drink, which makes the whole experience feel personal and special. It’s such a great way to start my day! The team here clearly cares about their customers, and it shows. Huge shoutout to everyone at this location for always bringing the good vibes!

Nothing too spectacular about this location. They do have a drive thru. Located in Bridgeport, about 10 minutes from the downtown area. The employees were efficient and somewhat friendly. They have all their normal cup merchandise, bakery pastries, and coffee essentials.

This is by far the worst location around!!! This has been since they opened up. Everyone seems so miserable and they don’t want to work. They have no hospitality! There’s maybe one or two girls that are very nice but other than that, I truly hate coming here. It’s only convenient due to work but I prefer the other location on East Main Street. They are also extremely slow and have you waiting more than 10 mins even if you are a mobile pickup. This location needs new management and a new team overall!
