Grabbed a quick bite here at the Bridgeport location. We heard so many rave reviews we had to come and check it out. And that's the hard part for a restaurant sometimes the raves are so ridiculous that you're almost always ultimately going to be on some level disappointed. I wouldn't say we were disappointed it was very good we did some experimenting with the wings and the drinks were good. Service however was exceptionally good. We got takeout from here on Saturday night after some positive local press. It was really good! I have a gluten allergy so before ordering I emailed the restaurant for more info. The owner replied and mentioned he's celiac so he takes gf restrictions seriously. While there is no dedicated gf fryer and thus the award winning wings are out of the question for the gf sensitive among us, there are other great gf options to tide us over. I went when they had a very reasonable wing special for Christmas. They had many wing flavors- we tried 3 flavors which were pretty good. We also ordered the fries which had too much seasoning and parmesan cheese. The Sangria on special tasted off not good at all. All in all wings were good everything else was just ok. It was a busy night we sat ourselves. The server was fine nothing above or below expectations. This is a sports bar with many tvs.
