I have been going to this particular Panera since it opened in Bristol lately I have noticed there is a lack of customer service I went the other morning to order my lunch to go which I often do and when I was walking to the register she was punching in something in the computer she looked up and we had eye contact then she turned around and totally ignore me and walk to the back and started moving some carts with trays I figure she would come back to take my order but she didn't...read full review
