Just left the drive-through after the manager tried to slam me and charge me extra for something. Be careful when ordering here. If they ask you medium or large they are trying to sell you an upgrade and will hit you with at least an extra dollar over the menu price without telling you. The price on the screen is not the price at the window. I will not be coming back ever.
And yes, I canceled my order.
Occasionally my family and I will go to this Wendy's. Today I swung by to bring my fiancee a salad and a drink. When I pulled up to the window, I gave the employee my card, I received my food and my card back. I was told "For some reason, your card didn't go through but it did." Which is known to happen sometimes, so I gave her my card back. 10 minutes later I received a notification from my bank that I had been charged twice from Wendy's. Wendy's offers excellent service, with friendly and courteous employees who consistently get orders right. The dining room is clean and sanitizer is available for customers. The staff is kind to everyone and handles situations professionally and gracefully. They are not rude about order changes and get the order right. However, the light on the left side of the menu has been out for a long time, making it difficult to order at night. Food is fresh, hot, and affordably priced, including value meals. The location has new self-service kiosks and the drive-thru provides quick and accurate service with quality food.
