I didn't even get my coffee yesterday due to sitting in one spot in line for close to 10 minutes without moving. The wait is always atrocious, the staff rude and bored looking, and they are just lazy. I can never get my receipt unless I ask, and sometimes they will tell me that they have no paper just so they don't have to print my receipt. They are, unfortunately, the only coffee place on my way to work...
