Full Moonshine is a small distillery located in the Hickory Ledges Farm, in Canton CT. It is owned by Bill and Lynne Olson. It launched in 2013. They are known for their small batch moonshine, especially the apple pie flavor. The ingredients usually has corn, maple syrup, cranberries, apple cider, and spring water. Awesome discovery. Great moonshine and cocktails as samplers. The owners were great to talk to. We went home with many jars and ideas!
Very good moonshine. They had 4 flavors apple pie,cranberry,maple,and unflavored moonshine. After you taste the 4 they start making different drinks out of them which were good too. And the owners were very nice people. I had a great time talking to them.
