Great totally Gluten free bakery. Some baked goods and a variety of gluten free dough products, which are very good baked. It appears that many products are not just gluten free, but totally allergen free.
I am so excited this place exists! I have food allergies to gluten, most grains, soy, dairy, and egg - which as you can imagine makes it incredibly difficult to find products like bread, wraps, pasta, etc. that I can eat. Every few months I place a big order of things here to last in my freezer. The ingredients are simple and the prices are so reasonable. I am so grateful for this place!

When I realized I had to cut out gluten I thought I had eaten pierogi for the last time. I was so excited to find such a wide selection of flavors of gf pierogi here but also that they actually taste traditional! I boil and then pan fry them with onions and serve along with gf kielbasa and home made coleslaw.
