“I decided to randomly come to Smashburger tonight just for a large smash fries.

Nothing too special about my visit except for the young lady who took my order.

Liahna was friendly and made sure they made my fries just how I requested and like them with extra rosemary oil.

She brought extra napkins to me without asking and made sure to check on how I enjoyed my food and provided friendly conversation.

I was the only person dining in and she could have easily carried on with her work, but she made sure to show me care.

I was having a tough week and she just made my week a little brighter. :-)

When you order a vegetable in a hot jalapeno cream spread, they should label what is hot and which one is vegetable? That's the only problem I have.. I definitely recommend their food to anyone.“

“I come from Spain and it is my first time eating a steamed burger, a delight, something new that is worth trying. In my case I had the steamed salmon and my partner had the classic beef steam hamburger.
The place is nice, the decoration is very American haha ​​with all the cutouts and paintings from past times it transports you to America in the 1900s. They play good music all the time, classics from the 90s and 80s.
The service of 10, an older couple who make the homemade food themselves, it is appreciated to have a place like this to rest from so much junk fast food.

Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I went to the Waterbury Ct location on 10/3 at 5:00pm.
I walked in to two gentlemen cleaning the dining room and another gentleman behind the counter with a big smile on his face.
We ordered our food and then a fourth gentleman came out to assist.
Once my order was checked in all of them went behind the counter and started to work on our order.
They were all very polite and courteous!!
So nice to walk in to a place of business and see the staff happy!
Thank you to those 4 gentlemen for making our night extra special!

“We had the pleasure of dining at Flair tonight for dinner and were blown away. A beautiful, cozy atmosphere and the food and service there are beyond amazing. So many choices on the menu, we will certainly be back to try more of them!“

“9.2.23 we got married at our hometown fair grounds and had Frankie’s cater! It was PERFECTION!! Everyone was blown away when they found out that’s what we were having for food, so fun, and who doesn’t love hot dog and burgers (especially FRANKIE’s)?! There was only a couple cooks/servers and MAN OH MAN did they crank it all out! We had around 160 people and they had a line as soon as the food was out, serving up all the goods in such a timely manor. They cooked and served for about 3 hours.. it worked out SO well, many had 2nds and 3rds, plus we had left overs 😍. Everyone was RAVING! we couldn’t have had it any better, Thank you guys SO much!“
