Excellent food, services and you can't beat the ambience with it's beautiful cascading waterfall.
We sat at the bar had wished we could go in the dining area but only had 3 people.. Seemed not too busy for a father's day but the food was terrific and wait staff seemed very busy
This space is so beautiful and unique - it's worth a visit just to enjoy the history of the mill! But on top of that the service was SO warm and welcoming, the food fantastic, and the cocktails delicious. I will definitely be back for another visit soon!
Our first visit. Lovely historic setting. Menu wasn't extensive but food is locally sourced and delicious. The salmon and steak frites entrees were delicious. Will definitely return
We waited forever for two salads and chowder. Served was not attentive Chowder was not good and hardly had any clams-no idea why it was spicy ???? Not enough dressing on salad and our server never came over to ask what we needed until halfway through meal. Cocktail sauce was not good. Very disappointing
The restaurant is in a beautiful setting with a waterfall. The interior is rustic. Very nice restrooms. There was just the two of us so we were seated at a table for two. The tabletop was a bit small for water glasses, cocktail glasses, bread, bread plates, etc. We shared a Caesar salad which didn't appear to have dressing on it nor could we taste any dressing. The smash burger and salmon entrees arrived hot and were very good. The experience was okay.
Beautiful area, quaint, covered boardwalk from parking lot to the restaurant overlooking waterfalls, surrounding foliage and fauna...just lovely! Our server was friendly, always smiling, very accommodating and attentive. Food was excellent, including the homemade focaccia bread and pistachio creme brulee. We sat outside on a small patio against a rock wall, listening to the water, enjoying the ambience of the later afternoon. Great way to end the day....
This was a great find for a Sunday meet up. The restaurant and setting is beautiful. The waterfall and creek are lovely. And the service was exceptional. We liked everything that we ordered. They were not serving their brunch menu, but we had a delicious lunch. Hope to return again.
We were hoping for more breakfast options for brunch. The sandwiches were great however. Will go back for dinner. Staff without exception were super. We were impressed.
Food was good but not outstanding. The bread was stale. I asked for my burger to be pink--in fact, my waiter repeated this several times--but still it came out medium. My wife's fries looked and tasted as though they were of the commercial, frozen variety; this is acceptable in a diner but not in a restaurant that claims to be a fine dining establishment. We told the waiter at the very beginning that we had to be out at 7:30; however, they did not get us out until 7:45, so we had to skip dessert and just made it to the theater in time.

A beautiful setting with several dining areas. Ambience is truly wonderful. Service is excellent. Our server, Hannah, was super. We love this place! The covered bridge and waterfall outside are beautiful, as well!
The food presentation and quality of food is top shelf. Nice wait staff too. We will return soon!
This was the worst experience we've ever had for dining out. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to go someplace different to make a special memory. Well it made a nightmare memory. We got there 5:30pm and left at 7:00pm and all we got served was 2 pieces of bread with little bit of garlic spread, a shared scallop appetizer (4 scallops that were tepid) and some wine and beer. We sat at a high top in the tavern/bar area. There were multiple people that sat at the bar who we feel got preferential treatment with beverages and food. We got our first round of beer/wine about 30 minutes after sitting down... my husband got his beer and I got an empty wine glass. Another 10 minutes went by and someone else came and gave me my wine. After about another 20 minutes, we got our appetizer...subpar in taste. Then we were told our dinner should be right down. Another 30 minutes went by and nothing. Another couple sitting at a high top who came in after us got their drinks and meal before us. As we stood up, a couple of staff members came over and apologized and wanted to check on our dinner, but we said we were leaving. Didn't offer a gift card to come back...nothing...just said "we're sorry" and walked away. Will never go back there again and anyone reading this review should not go either!
Second time here in a month. Didn't disappoint! Will keep coming back. Drinks, food, service all top notch!!
We came to celebrate a very special birthday, and were not disappointed. Even with very discerning palates and high culinary standards, as well as a vegetarian and gluten-free diners in our party of four, we were all truly impressed with the attentive service and every single dish we ordered. Even my cherry cola sour mocktail was delightful! THANK YOU for a wonderful dinner, we all loved the risotto and the pan-seared scallops; the bread service with black garlic butter; and especially those savory Brussels sprouts with goat cheese and cherry balsamic. Everything we tried was exceptionally delicious and we will definitely return!
