We were passing the area and wanted to get a quick bite. Unfortunately, the stop at the restaurant turned out to be a terrible decision. We intended to do take out. But the waitress Riley got impatient after I requested a receipt. She said I already told you the total, what receipt do you want? That I was annoying because she was busy right now. After the manager came, the manager kept telling us that Riley was a good waitress. She was not usually rude like that. Talking to the manager was useless. She defended her disrespectful and rude employee the whole time and gave a 3-dollar discount to my takeout order and 10% of my friend's dine-in meal. It does not matter if she was a good employee before, she was out of line and acting disrespectful to customers right now. Do not go there unless you want to add stress to your life. It was a horrible experience and no one deserved Riley's attitude and rudeness.

Nice little restaraunt. Their Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. Burnt ends had great flavor to them. Wish they had a tad more meat on them rather than fat, but one had a pretty good meal.

Great selection of different dishes- something for everyone. Highly recommend going on the weekends for their fresh smoked bbq meats! The trinity allows you to taste all three! Smoked brisket, pulled pork, and tender burnt ends with your choice of a side and cornbread will have you rolling out the door with a smile!

WOW some of the best Ribs I’ve ever had in the State Period. I’m mean really very good!

We showed up unannounced with a party of just under 20. Service was phenomenal and fast. Portions sizes were huge and the food was great! A gem.

Service was great. Like the overall vibe too. Prices on both food and drink are a bit higher than other spots like this one, specifically wine and beer. Skip the pretzel app I’ve had much better. We ordered a brisket pizza but there was virtually no brisket on it. We thought that maybe it was under the cheese but alas we were wrong. We didn’t send it back because we were pressed for time. The pizza crust was really great and we are pizza people…next time we will get a different pie. We did tell the server about the pie only having a tiny amount of brisket on it but after we paid. We weren’t looking for a freebie.

We have been enjoying Chow for years and everything we have ever had from them has been delicious but yesterday… Father’s Day, they went above and beyond! They were packed and after waiting for a while for my take out order (understandable for a busy night) they confessed and profusely apologized because in the rush of the busy evening one of my pizzas had been dropped. Without missing a beat they promised my pizzas would be remade and delivered to my house…. Half hour away!!! That is stellar customer service!!! So, amazing food AND wonderful customer service, what more could anyone want?!

Food is alright.... Eventually.

Every time we order from here, it takes forever. I keep thinking "maybe it was just a bad weekend" and we try again a few months later.

I put an order in online when the site said "pickup in 25-30 minutes". AFTER checkout it told me pickup was OVER 90 minutes later! And they weren't answering the phone!

So I go to the restaurant (30 minutes later), and I'm told, no, that was a mistake, your food is almost ready. Only I've been standing here for a half hour now and I'm still waiting!

There are empty tables, but somehow with 30 minutes notice the kitchen is still too busy to keep up.

We ran into an issue last week with an online order. When it got to us it was missing half the items, so I called and can say that the response was more than expected. The hostess was friendly and escalated our issue to the manager right away. My husband went to grab the rest of the food and was greeted with a gift card that covered the delivery fees plus some. It could have been an aggravating situation but was handled properly and I appreciated it. You kept a customer and gained an even bigger fan. The food was also amazing which was the icing on the top

5/21/24 | Order: Buffalo Wings & a Small Cheese Pizza

I really enjoyed the meal! The buffalo chicken wings seemed a little expensive for $12, but they were so good, it's passable.

The cheese pizza was only $10 (since it's $10 on Tuesdays!) which is a great deal! I'd say it's a great buy. I got a little tired of eating it halfway through, but the first bite was delicious and I'm excited to have it tomorrow as leftovers!

Overall, if you're willing to pay $10-20 per person, definitely go to Chow!

Parking: The parking lot has a ton of space. It can get busy, but there's always open space.
