Worst customer service ever.Expecting tips on togo orders.

Came here with my boyfriend during his first trip to America. He was mocked non stop for how he said Ranch. An older lady and another lady that was in the back cooking were nonstop mocking and repeating it with his accent. After we got the food we noticed that they didn’t give him ranch. We go back to ask for ranch and the lady in the back ‘quietly’ said “did he not get his rAnCh” mockingly again. They didn’t even apologize for forgetting and still proceeded to mock him. After we finished we noticed they forgot to give us the water we paid for. I go back to ask for it, without even saying anything they just point at a warm water bottle that was up as display so we take it and as we’re walking away the lady in the back accuses us of not paying for it. Even yells out in front of everyone that we didn’t pay for it. All we wanted was some quick lunch after shopping and left being accused of stealing a 2$ bottle of water and mocked nonstop. Their attitudes were disgusting along with the mediocre food they sold and the service they provided.

Had a footling chili dog. Terrible canned chili, really stale roll, wife had a grilled chicken sandwich. She tossed it after one bite. I don't mind wasting over $30.00 on so so food, but this was disgusting. I checked the reviews first too. Oh well, fooled me.

I work at the mall and eat here regularly. The staff here is always very patient and friendly. My favorite thing to order is a crispy chicken sandwich and French fries. They are always delicious.

Food was okay besides the fact that I asked for a hamburger and actually just got a hamburger (meat and buns) for 7.50. Waist of money and could get whole meal at McDonald’s instead.

I stopped by on my way to Boston to shop at the outlets and decided to eat at Jacks. Got a burger and fries. Their fries are crispy and the burger was nice and juicy. Ran into the owner while I was there and he was very humble and kind. 10/10 def will come back again☺️

I work at the mall and I go there on almost every break for my lunch. I’ve had their hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and I highly recommend it. Very delicious. Very clean.
