We go to breakfast here almost every Sunday morning. Great to get food then sit by picturesque Clinton harbor. We also go to lunch or supper occasionally but mostly breakfast.

We have been going to Liv's for several years, and are never disappointed in the food, or the service! This Summer, the staff have been particularly pleasant, professional, and efficient! The food tho, has been magnificent every single time. We have had the Lobster rolls, the Shrimp, Fish Tacos, coleslaw, fries, cheese curds, and the BLT. All have been excellent. For my wife to compliment the food is the highest of praise, as it simply does NOT ever happen! Great place to sit, and eat, with a pleasant setting on the Marina. Highly recommend!

We've been to Liv's at the Marina in Old Saybrook, which was very good and found out that a new location had opened in Clinton. What a huge disappointment! The lobster roll was not made with any butter. It was dipped in broth and put on a roll. The roll got all mushy with broth that had been used for a while. It was pretty disgusting. I only ate the lobster and that had a musty taste. My husband ordered the fish sandwich. Very expensive at $14.99 and he said it had a funny taste. The only things good on our table were the Foxon Park sodas and the fries. Fries were generous and one order could easily feed two. We will not be going back.

Beautiful view while eating lobster rolls. What more do you need.The only thing we didn't like was the coleslaw. Had a odd taste to it.The fries were perfectly seasoned, not overpowered with the truffle and parm.Lobster roll was flavorful and really full of lobster Also highly recommend the Arnold Palmer for a drink. Nice and refreshing.

I happened to stumble upon this place and am so glad I did! It was fun to eat right along the water and the lobster grilled cheese I ordered was the best I have ever tasted!!! I would certainly go back again just to get that. We weren’t there at a super busy time but you’re given a little buzzer that lets you know when your food is ready, which I thought was nice.Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of picnic tables to pick out places to sit so you’re able to spread out from others nicely if you want.
