i will chalk this one up to a bad night for the restaurant. We have had really good experiences in the past and love having this place in our town. Saturday night reservation for 6:30, 3 people and the first thing we are told is that they are out of the New York Strip and the Tomahawk steak...both signature dishes and exactly what we had gone there for. Someone clearly was off their game when they were ordering food for the weekend. We settled on the Delmonico and the Filet instead as well as the pasta with lobster. When the food came the Delmonico was overcooked, The Filet was undercooked and the pasta portion was TINY! We noticed that another table was sending it's overcooked steak back too. There were lots of other foibles that aren't worth mentioning but all in all is was a really disappointing experience for an evening we were all looking forward to. Even the best restaurants can fumble sometimes but this was an all out nose dive.

Nataz is our favorite restaurant! We live on LI but travel to Clinton for pleasure and always make a plan to have dinner there. The food, service and price plan never disappoints! We will see you again soon!

Excellent food and service. Large menu with many choices. Very good price for a 4 course menu. Great ambiance, with tables spaced a good distance apart. We have been to Nataz many times, and have always been very impressed. Highly recommended.

We always choose to go to Nataz for major celebrations - and it was no different last night. We can count on a delicious meal and great service in a warm and pleasing atmosphere. Their menu is extensive, especially for a prix fixe meal and always includes a choice of salads and desserts. They now also have a full bar. We will continue to celebrate life's special events at Nataz.

Casual and upscale at the same time. There were 5 in our dinner party. Each one of us, (and we all had something different), thought our food was great! We had a wonderful waitress named Heather. We will definitely go back!
Excellent experience last night with the amazing and creative Adventures in Eating concept, where the chef surprises you with multiple gourmet courses. The value was outstanding at $25, and every dish was beautifully prepared. We also had a chance to chat with Tyler, the manager, who was genuinely welcoming and engaging.
My only suggestion would be to simplify the pricing by building the 'living wage surcharge' into the meal cost. For example, a $30 multi-course experience would still be a fantastic deal, and it would eliminate the annoying suprise to guests and save the staff from having to awkwardly explain the extra fee and whether or not an additional tip is needed (which I understood to be still appropriate on top of the surcharge...but still not sure).
Overall, a truly fantastic experience, and we’re very glad to have them in town!

I have been many times. Treated many friends to the experience. Nataz never disappoints. On Saturday, I celebrated my 70th birthday with my husband and 3 close friends. The drinks, wine, food, Rick, and his wait staff were as phenomenal as always. My kudos to the fantastic chef!
