I placed an order through GrubHub. The pizza was supposed to be here at 5:45. I called them at 6:20 and asked them if it got picked up. They said it would be here in 15 minutes. Now I know I’m gonna get a cold pizza. The owner says “do you want the pizza or not?” I said yes I want the pizza, I ordered it for my kids but I want it hot. His next response was “don’t worry your kids won’t starve if they don’t get this pizza”. I will never again order from this place.
I ordered the Baked ziti with meatballs, my wife ordered the Lasagna with meatballs on the side, we also got an order of French fries. There was a FEATHER in our fries. On top of that, the baked "Ziti" was in fact penne, and the meatballs were basically mush in ball form. I will never eat here again.
