I’m a big fan of every soup I’ve tried. After this, canned soup just doesn’t cut it. No comparison at all. You can taste the quality and care in every bowl!
Delicious soup! Every single one we’ve tried has been awesome!
We loved our soups from Soup of the Day when were visiting my parents. We got three different soups and they were all delicious! The soups were fresh and there was a great variety. A very quick, cozy and convenient meal option!

Soup of the Day Cafe is a fantastic lunch option and a hidden gem in Colchester. Every single soup is amazing, delicious, and filled with homemade love like your grandma and mom used to make. The soups are all freshly made, and you can taste the quality and care in every bowl. They are creamy, flavorful, hearty, and a real flavor bomb. There is a great variety, and every one is just as good as the other. The broccoli cheddar soup comes highly recommended.
It is a very quick, cozy, and convenient meal option. The inside is very clean and cozy, with a little table to eat at. The person behind the counter is lovely, super nice, friendly, and impressive, running the entire place alone with a clear passion for soup. Everything is hot and ready to go. After trying these soups, canned soup just doesn’t cut it—there is no comparison at all. It is highly recommended; if you have not tried the soups, you’re missing out.
