5 Stars! We absolutely love this yoga series for kids. It has really helped my kiddo build her confidence and come out of her shell so to speak. Mrs. Lemke is a fabulous yoga instructor and is so creative with blending yoga moves with singing, reading, and fun games. It really keeps the kids engaged in the class and my little one looks forward to coming every week.

Tracy Henzel's classes are wonderful! VERY clear instructions the entire practice - you don't get a neckache trying to see what she's doing because you don't have to look. She brings such a positive energy - helps you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do and provides gentle correction during class to ensure you're doing the poses properly.
