I’d say genuinely overall I’m not the biggest fan of this location, but oddly enough I still usually stop on my way into work, I’ve dealt with a lot of employees here over the years and typically not thrilled, however for the last few months I usually go around 5:30am and Louis who has been working the window has been nothing but exceptional. Why you employ people that can’t listen . 2nd time my order is not how I specified . And they’re quick to give you the pad so you can tip . Stop that . Hire people with good customer service .
After i paid AND tipped with this new tipping feature, i got my food and it was wrong went back inside and they said they were “out” of bacon instead of mentioning it before i paid. I ended having to wait which took time from my 30 min lunch break while they made a new batch. There were only two guys working so i would like the vacant management to step it up and take responsibility. I could tell they were doing their best being under staffed. Thanks.
