The food is always good here. Mushroom and Swiss burger was better than I expected and the shrimp fajita was great. All of their appetizers are very tasty. Very friendly staff. At a time when so many casual restaurants are going downhill, or closing locations, Chili's has definitely doubled down on quality, value, and service.

If you order food for delivery, do it from a delivery service app since they use 3rd party to deliver anyways. When the delivery person grabs the wrong food you are stuck with no recourse but go and pick the food up yourself. Your food will then be cold because, it took the deliver person 20 minutes to get to you then you have to drive to chilis to pick it up and then drive back. Hence the food being cold. They also don't verify your picking up an order so anyone can just walk in and grab what ever order they want and walk out.

Last time I was here was two years ago Had lunch. It was good. But last night, 11/06/2025, was a total different experience. Service was still good but the food lacked.... Everything. Had the Cajun pasta and it was dry. Shrimp was way over seasoned. Even the garlic toast wasn't good. My daughter had the triple dipper. The sliders were yuck. And the chicken and fried mozz were very greasy. Yes, I know they were fried, but the grease left on the food was awful. We only ate half of our meals and didn't take anything home.

For starters, the place was big so there was no wait for any tables. Server was really nice, got food within 20 minutes of ordering. Some negatives, however, do include a lack of mentioning the price to use the kiosk with games on it. Still, $3 is not so bad for a wide selection of games. Best game on the system by far was the online trivia game.

Me and my mom came for dinner. We both got the chicken crispers (mine honey chipoltle dipped), a side salad, and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was great, the crispers were very crispy. The salad on the other hand, it didn't look fresh and there was a lot of brown pieces. Overall a great place, maybe just work on freshness.
Came here around 8:30 Waited 10 minutes. Zero acknowledgement of our existence from staff other than the host. I dont believe in tipping less than 20% so I left.
