Be sure to specify that you want your burgers cooked well done although ground beef should never come like this to begin with. If this was a steak, I’d have no complaints but this is literally damn near raw ground beef. Not a fan!

We come here all the time (like weekly, we have an issue I know). Everything was great as usual except for our server Madison. She took our order and then basically disappeared, making other workers bring our food and drinks. When we paid we unfortunately did not have enough to tip, which we apologized for. Madison then came out to tell us that because we didn’t tip, she would have to pay for the tip out of her own pocket. She said she was basically paying for us to eat (which is crazy considering she said she would have to pay $5 when our food was MUCH more than that). It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. We usually tip out of courtesy and because our servers are usually angels in disguise, but Madison was basically gone the entire time, zero conversation, and then only appeared when it came to the tip. Chili’s making their workers pay for their own tips is bad enough, I could go on about that for hours, but it shouldn’t mean that the guests have to pay the workers for the business. That is a management problem. All in all, food was great but server was really weird and off-putting. Business also disappointed us. Do better, Chili’s. We love you guys

First time back at chili's after several years and was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome and the food was o.k. One sneaky charge was added to the bill ($2.99) for just touching the electronic device that allows you to play games so make sure to check your bill before paying it.

For a Chilis, this one is not just my local Chilis, its also a really good one. Always clean, always has a seat for you, decent rewards program, sports are always on in the bar, margaritas are flowing lol!
Now remember this is a "national chain", so their signature drinks have corn syrup, and their signature dishes have a food product like "kraft" as a sponsor and indegredient lol.
However, the friendly staff, and the clean consistent atmosphere makes this a reliable choice for a low key diner, or outing with the kids. It can just as easily be a place to meet a friend for a drink or to watch a game by yourself.

Really frustrating that every time i try to place an online order it won't let me. It tells me to call. This last time order was not right when it was made but i see it was an error when placed. Would have had a better experience if your online would work.

Terrible place for vegetarians!!
Vegetarian options: Almost NO vegetarian options, and it wasn't very good because the one vegetarian burger was clearly cooked with the meat, making it inedible for vegetarians. They don't even have a decent vegetarian salad! ??♂️

I don't know about atmosphere because we had the food delivered this Sunday afternoon. It was a waste of money, I'm sorry to say. The tacos came with no meat! My bowl had no vegetables. And another taco had more sour cream on it than anything else. It was carelessly thrown together!
