The people here are always nice, but who looks at this charred sandwich and decides it’s acceptable to hand to a customer? I have never received a piece of food this burnt from any restaurant and in fact every thing I’ve ever ordered from here has been on the burnt side but this is insane. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and this barely qualifies as edible.

I ordered a hot chocolate just now and asked the man to put about an inch of milk on top (so it wasn't too hot) and the man behind the counter acted like that was a really stupid request. No idea why he was so rude but I was surprised by his unpleasantnessWouldn't go back

The coffee and food is so expensive. The only issue with that is that it should be made correctly. I ordered an ice coffee with foam. I was charged an extra. 90 for foam, the cup had the order sticker on it, as well as the receipt indicating my purchase with the .90 charge. This purchase was for someone else, so when I delivered it, my friend immediately asked where the foam was. I had to drive back to make it right. Cost more than $.90 in gas.

Doreen at night is rude. I ordered my drink through the app and she refused to make it with oat milk “unless you have an allergy”. I literally ordered it through the same as I always do. I had no idea these laws existed at Dunkin.
