I’ve been going there for years and always get a fry or a pulled pork sandwich (serving sizes are too big for me to eat both in one meal).
Today I got the crispy chicken sandwich.
Holy carp! It was amazing!
My only complaint/suggestion is they need a larger milkshake size.
Stopped at the Jefferson Fry in Vernon Ct for takeout. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a Classic burger. When I got home the crispy chicken was black, burnt to a crisp and inedible. I had throw it away. A total waste of money. I will not recommend Jefferson Fry and never eat at another one again.
I had previously loved the food here but today made me not want to come back to the UConn location again. I ordered a steak n cheese fries with a ginger ale. I was handed a cup and told drinks are around the corner. When I went to fill up there was no ginger ale, nor many other drinks on the menu. I ask if the ginger ale was in a bottle maybe and the young lady looked at me confused. I told her there was no ginger ale on the fountain.
