I went to Murphy's Pub & Sports Bar for the first time last Friday to see Hijacked CT. Murphy's is a very large, clean and brightly lit venue with a nice stage. There was security, that kept perfect order for the patrons and their families, without being intimidating. We had an awful experience at Murphy’s in Cromwell (AKA Chicago Sam’s). A group of us were invited by a friend to support the local band *Last Licks*, and let me tell you, we will *never* return to this place, and neither will the few small groups that made up about 20 spectators.
