hurtful worst night eating out ever ! - came out for birthday meal . greeted very nicely .asked to wait by rolls for min. very nice person smiling and cutting rolls then seated right away again nice person they young lady came had attitude ask if would like drink say only water took order . made me repeat everything twice . prime rib med.rare,baked potato ,salad left i started eating some peanuts she came back gave dirty look literally through a new bad of peanuts in bucket...read full review
This is our second time but this time we had Adam and he was absolutely amazing! Amazing service, fast, and very knowledgeable of everything. Will definitely come back just for him.
While being a chain restaurant, and the food is the same at all locations, I want to point out the exceptional staff working at the Cromwell location. Everyone is welcoming and pleasant, but I would like to express gratitude for Erica. She remembers her customers and shows genuine interest in them and their well being.
