Sat 12/16@420. Service was excellent, she was attentive, kind and fast. I ordered a double-shot espresso, Starbucks is fully automated, from grin size to the machine and amount of water. This means any problems with the taste is with their predetermined process. The espresso has a sour front taste with an extremely bitter after taste. I don’t know how this is possible. Under-extracted espresso is sour (result of insufficient water or pressure over too coarse grind) while over-extracted espresso is bitter (result of too much water, over too finely ground or excessive ground). I don’t know how to get both, but this machine did it. I will ask for another one. Hopefully they can do something.

I love this Starbucks location! I'm here nearly every morning around 6-6:15. The staff is always, nice, quick, and efficient. Everything runs like clockwork so I'm in and out of the drive thru in a flash. If I'm there on a weekend hanging out while they work on my car at Firestone the staff is still amazing. Food and drinks always correct and delicious. Love this location!
Thismorning is stopped at Starbucks in Cromwell Commons to get myself a hot mocha latte… let me just say I am extremely disappointed with my $6 coffee! The cup is only 2/3 full!!! I know it’s a stressful job and the employees handle the workload well, but come on… nobody wants to pay the prices Starbucks is charging and being cheated out of the full product!

Long wait time at the drive through in the afternoon. Wait time is about 5 to 7 mins after ordering. Most of the times the coffee order are not being made properly. Haven't had a order that was correct since they opened up here.

Stoped in a-couple weeks ago, this store is absolutely disgusting, there was trash all over the floors, the tables were dirty, I used the bathroom and there was urine all over the floor, I left to go somewhere else… years ago I use to work in the area and I think this store was even the same back
