Almost $7 for a bacon egg and cheese? Used to love this place but it has gone downhill quick

$6.73 for a bacon egg and cheese? Your sandwiches are not only expensive but have gotten very skimpy. Total ripoff.

Unlike Alan over here, I believe in liberalism AND how people speak. I am not a snowflake, I have self respect, even those with allergies.

Very good... unlike the other whiny little snowflake liberals here, I can care less if someone is "rude to me". Nobody cares.
Also - to the food allergy person- stay home.

My wife and I used to go here at least once a week. We love the bagels and it was the best in the area. The reason we stopped going is because they keep raising the price of everything while the quality is lowering. $6 for a bacon egg and cheese? $3 for a buttered bagel? Highway robbery and greed at its finest. Can’t blame the economy for this either. Other places in more expensive areas are not charging that much. Go check some of those out instead of this ripoff.

Ordered a sandwich online and waited for it to be ready. Customer service was friendly until I returned for a refund after receiving the wrong sandwich, which had pesto—a concern due to my nut allergy. I couldn’t confirm if their pesto contains nuts, so I’m now worried about a reaction. I called several times, but no one answered, and there’s no voicemail option. They said refunds are only processed through the app, but couldn’t provide proof it would go through, so I took a photo of the receipt. Disappointingly, they seemed unfamiliar with allergy concerns; even after I explained my allergy and that pesto often contains nuts, they encouraged me to keep the sandwich. I grabbed it on my way to work so now I’m late to work and hungry.

Only person in line. Very slow service. Unfriendly. Standing around at least 5 employees

Kid up front with glasses didn't want to be there, and made it pretty obvious. The kitchen messed up both sandwiches, and they were luke warm. How do you mess up a bagel sandwich that bad?

Won't be back.

Generally speaking, I really like bagel man. But this location is terrible. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and slow. After my most recent experience this past weekend, I will definitely never be back.

Edit. This is now the 4th time. All i got was sausage on a dry roll when i ordered a bacon egg and cheese, kid i spoke to was baffling confused.

This is the 3rd time in a row I didn't get what I ordered. Forgot the extra egg, the ketchup, the extra cheese and forgot to toast. and Gave me the wrong bagel for said sandwich. And the attitude of some of the kids working there is abhorant

Arrived at 2:55 to get bagels to take home - nothing cooked or prepared. Told even though it was not 3:00 they were closed and it didn't matter what I wanted.

This place used to be best place in Danbury to get Breakfast it has been ruined by young kids who don’t care about anything who work behind the counter ….It seems like the quality of food has declined dramatically from what it used to be. I would recommend going next-door to Lou’s deli It’s a shame such a staple for in the Danbury area has been destroyed

I guess it’s hard for your workers to read a ticket! I always get my order wrong at this location. I suggest go to the one on federal road or mill plain, this one is awful.
