They completely ignore the pickup window, there was a group of about 10 people waiting for their orders that were sitting in the bags that they can't go in and grab. Complete waste of time

I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived in the provided ETA window and still had to wait 20+ minutes in the store for my order to be prepared. I was lapped by every other online order and walk-in customer. I asked for an update on my order, and was told they were just wrapping up the food, yet I still waited 5 more minutes before I received it.

I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese with hashbrown on Sunday morning. When I placed the order at 10:30 a.m., the system said it would be ready in 30 minutes. If I had known ahead of time that the âASAPâ option would still take that long, I wouldnât have ordered. The food itself was fine, but the ordering process was frustrating. A heads-up about wait times before checkout would really help customers manage expectations.

I love bagel man every morning bacon egg and cheese on some kind of fancy bagel. With a smear. I like the Spanish olive and cream cheese And don't forget the hash brown on it
I am a loyal customer that has been going to bagelman for years. I placed an online order and they accepted it right before closing time. Ended up closing and then next day refused to refund me or make me another order. Really bad customer service. Would not recommend going here, forbid you make a mistake or donât get there in time. They donât care about you as a customer.
