Outstanding experience! Table side preparation is wonderfully old school. Incredible food. Can't be over hyped. Get Filet Mignon, Caesar Salad, Cacio e Pepe, no matter what else you order. Amazing.
First time last night celebrated our 32nd Anniversary. It was an amazing experience. With the table side Caesar salad which made us realize salad is not just salad. So I had to lie a bit in my timing of when I last dined at Castello cause trip advisor only lets you choose within the past couple months. Its been a few years but I miss this place so much. I live in Scottsdale Arizona and I can say with confidence this is the best Italian resturant I have ever ate at in the country.
