Danbury Mall restaurant always make mistakes in my orders, never find the way to help or re do the order. Very disappointed.
The Danbury Fair Mall location has to get realistic. You can only order online they can’t ring you up. COVID? Really It is time to start being realistic at this point. There are plenty of other Chipotle’s that actually allow you to order in person. The Danbury Fair location allows you to eat inside but not order while you are inside? There should be the same service from all the stores. They can’t even ring your credit card in the store. Yet the mall is completely opened...read full review

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a decent dining experience with fresh food and friendly service. The chicken rice bowl is a popular choice and the crispy tacos are a hit. The brisket bowl is a special limited time offer and it's awesome. The workers were very nice and the food was very fresh and delicious. They gave good portions. Service was quick and the food was good. Overall clean restaurant and it looked very nice. It's a reliable option for a quick and satisfying meal.
