This is the second time we have ordered and not gotten everything we have ordered. How hard is it to read a ticket. Can’t talk to a real person and you just keep stealing peoples money NoT ok!!!
The food wasn't ready until 40 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. The cheese quesadilla was inedible, it was so greasy. The vegetable burrito had no veggies!! Just guac, beans, and salsa. The queso with chips tasted like it had gone bad. The kitchen and counter were disgusting. Old food all over the floor, counters, and appliances.
they proved today that a team if 11 people cannot handle a three bowl order. it took them 30 m past the order pickup time. they lied a few times and told me my order was next before telling me it wasn't in the system, insisting I must have ordered for the.mall locationm to which I showed them the receipt. NO. and then they made my order and told ME THEY HAVE NO CHIPS. you guys suck so hard. FIX THIS
