Nobody there (all 3) knows what to do and how to use the system plus the fact that they don’t understand or communicate in English. I gave my order and they looked lost and clueless! I felt bad and annoyed at the same time! They took so long, several people waiting left and I was stuck waiting. 21 minutes later, my order finally came and I was now stuck on heavy traffic because of the rush hour at 7:30 am. This store has become one of the worst stores I have ever been to. Numerous times I have ordered hazelnut flavored coffee and got French vanilla or you order a flavored coffee and get one with no flavor. You have to repeat your order numerous times till they get right. I should not have to wait ten minutes for a coffee when I am the only one in line.
