Came here about 1030 on a Tuesday. It wasn't busy at all. I received my food pretty quickly however I ordered a customized sandwich and they didn't customize it.

I only go there because it's convenient but I hate going there. The wait is long with one person in line. I can't understand what they say most of the time because either they tired, hungover or on crack sorry to say. Then I have to repeat my order several times. So i order online and they still ask several times. Today I overheard the car in front of me complain that they were giving her milk ice and sugar which to me its terrible. Then its my turn. I had to say good morning and I had to say thank you have a nice day. Got no response. Agree with a previous review that corporate should close. I will not be returning to this one.

How do you not have decaf coffee for a coffee colada? I waited in line for 10 minutes for nothing; only two cars were in front of me. The staff is completely unprepared and unprofessional.

Just walked out of there because despite being the third person online I was there and unserved for almost 10 minutes 30 kids walked in every one of them was disgusting and rude including two of them that were coughing in my general direction

Avoid this place at all cost we waited 30 minutes in line at the drive-through just to throw away my drink. Either they are short staffed or they need new workers. Surprised corporate hasn’t done anything.

This dunkin' donuts should be closed by the corporate office. I am a rewards member and I got over 100,000 points. This dunkin' donuts serves cold food The bagel twist they can't cut it to put butter on it they give you a plastic knife and some butter cups and say you could put it on it. The corporate office needs to close the store down and retrain the staff I know this is a franchise but you need to retrain this staff. I also ordered coffee light and sweet with cream and the coffee came out 150° hot I had it away to cool down for 45 minutes

Dunkin on 10 Main Street Danbury, CT. Is Horrible my mom and I went there for a fast lunch and my mom ordered an Egg wrap with just a white egg and we got home, and the egg was a regular egg with a yoke, but my mom wanted just a white but, the big thing is that the egg looked like it was half eaten. We got served by a young man who had an attitude. Now we are afraid to eat there again.
I was here on April 7th and was pleased with the quality of their donuts. Also, the coffee was fresh, hot, and made to order. The young man with the scorpion neck tattoo was professional, articulate, and approachable. I didn't go inside to place my order, I used their drive thru, hence why I didn't add stars on the atmosphere.

There are some of the nicest young kids working in this place. It's always clean and a larger Dunkin. Too bad the customers suck. Yelling at young kids just trying to work (insert eye roll) would you rather they become a problem for the city? Kudos to everyone that works here.

Not happy I walked all the way here and they locked the doors a half hour early. Online it says open until 9pm. Also the hours of operation are on the inside doors so you can't see the posted hours. Why have that sticker on the inside doors and not the outside doors so customers can read what time the business opens and closes at?
