Best Dunkin I've been to. The donuts and breakfast sandwich were very fresh and heated perfectly.

I don’t think I have ever had a positive experience at this location and I’ve been here numerous times to give them another shot- hoping that my experience was a “one off.” Several different times I have ordered ahead and then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes inside the store for my coffee. For example: I placed my mobile order at 4pm and didn’t receive my coffee in-hand until 4:22pm (no exaggeration). There needs to be better communication between the staff and more organization because this location is a disaster 9 times out of 10. There was one young lady trying to handle everything, which is simply not possible or fair when there’s 2 other employees there with her.

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store on Main Street yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was freshly brewed. The donuts were delicious, especially the chocolate frosted one. A great experience!

Every time I come here the service is tolerable, except for tonight. We walked in and there was only a couple ordering inside and two people working behind the counter that we could see with no one in the drivethrough. The guy at the counter had taken the couples order and instead of saying one moment he walked away behind the corner where we couldn’t see him and started talking and laughing with the girl that was on staff with him. When I said “hello, can someone take our order.” He popped his head from around the corner and yelled “I told you to wait a minute while I make their order” which he did not say to either of us when we stepped up. We walked out and they just lost two customers. Also I have seen this one worker be extremely rude to other customers as well a few times before this. He needs to stop flirting with his coworkers and show some real customer service. Dunkin lost a loyal customer today. I have the app and I don’t intend to use it at that Dunkin anymore. Disappointing. We went across the street to pricerite and got an entemanns marshmallow devils food cake instead, which was way better than the stale donuts and bagels that this particular Dunkin’ Donuts has given to me before. (I was told that the rock hard bagel in my hand wasn’t stale and that that’s just how they come after I asked them to make me another).

Gave this Dunkin’ a second chance after getting some really obviously stale and old donuts in the fall. I figured it was just a one-off. Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem again. I didn’t go late in the day so I have no idea why they would already be stale. Seems to be a consistent problem and I won’t be visiting this Dunkin’ again even though it’s closer to me than the others. I would rather drive a little farther than pay for some stale, unappetizing donuts again. I hope management resolves this issue.

By far the worst one in the area, employees are sloooowwww and don't give a crap at all. The franchise should really take a look lol it's bad.

I'm being generous with two stars. Homeless guy in the lobby $1.75 for a donut that's worth 75 cents. Sandwich was good but this place is getting overpriced and do not want my family walking into a place that has shady people in
