I went through the drive through at 6:20 was out by 6:25 with all my stuff. I did this three times within the week when going to work. The workers were pleasant and informative. There's nothing wrong with this location

This review pertains to the following Dunkin locations in Danbury: Newtown Road, Federal Road, Mill Ridge Road. I am a frequent patron of all three of these locations, going to the Mill Ridge location every day during the week, Mon - Fri, for years and years now. While the personnel at Mill Ridge are nice enough (special shout out to the morning manager, Luis, and Richard, who all go out of their way for their regular customers), the service is consistently terrible! This Dunkin took over 5 minutes to acknowledge me who was in line with no one else in the Dunkin. As I waited I watched 5 staff all go about taking orders for the drive thru but no one even noticed myself who was in line. No " I'll be right with you" nothing. I finally walked out and another customer who was sitting down noticed what took place and me shaking my head and said "I know". Apparently this is common practice. Never go here again
