International Bakery Market & Butcher Shop

I stopped by International Bakery Market & Butcher Shop and had a really good experience. The baked goods were fresh, tasty, and had a nice homemade feel. The service was friendly, and there was a good variety to choose from. Definitely a great local spot to grab something sweet or quick to eat.

Everything there is wonderful. The place is super cozy, the coffee is delicious, and the owners make you feel like you’re among friends — they come over, chat, give suggestions on what to try, and they’re just genuinely kind people. It’s not a noisy place, so it’s perfect to relax and enjoy the moment.

The food is simply magnificent. All the cakes, pastries, and breads are amazing, and I’m absolutely obsessed with the beef rissole they fry fresh on the spot. The cook there is incredible — I’ve been going for years and the flavor has never changed. Truly a 10/10 place.

And the dulce de leche and orange cake? Absolutely divine.

40 year establishment run by Portuguese. The pastries looked amazing but the pastais de nata was excellent, rich but not too sweet. Almost as good as the ones made in Portugal. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and cosy decor.

It's probably one of the best authentic bakeries in and around the Danbury area!! A must try!!!

Quaint bakery with a beautiful interior space and delicious latte and sweets. Great service with a smile ,and they couldn’t do enough for my wife and I. Definitely will return again! Thank you for curing our sweet tooth! 😊

Their drumstick is very good and different, especially the chicken drumstick with catupiry and their treatment is very good, they treat you very well and with patience. And besides, the food there is cheap and very accessible for many people.
