Chill vibes, low key, good selection of beer with tvs to watch sports, reminds me of the hometown vibes I remember, 100% recommend

Nope. We could hear a guy talking so loud , he could be heard outside. We went in anyway and no one came to seat us. I guess the lady that watched us leave was busy enjoying the conversation. The menu looked good. We were hungry. We went elsewhere. You left a crappy first impression.
Went there last night, used to go there with my friend Matt who passed away, wanted to celebrate his memory. However, I stood at the bar with my money raised in my hand.
But this rather brutish bartender chose to completely ignore me and instead wait on the men in the bar, fearing I guess, that women don't give a good tip. She was dead wrong!! I drink top shelf liquor and tip well!!!
This place has changed dramatically, different crowd, hip hop so loud I was relieved to flee!!! Never again.

Very quaint small pub on Candlewood Lake. They host special events regularly, including karaoke every other Wednesday night!

Great place to have a good time with friends and/or family. The food is awesome - Philly Cheese Steak and Caesar Chicken Wrap are my favorites. The bartenders and the customers are all very friendly and nice people. And if you sit outside you get a nice view of Candlewood Lake, bonus if you go before the sunset.
Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian/vegan burger patties.
Parking: Parking is very accessible as the parking lot is pretty big, and even if it is full, people can still use the PAL parking lot next to it.
Kid-friendliness: The menu offers all kinds of foods and drinks that are kid-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is also wheelchair accessible as there is a ramp in the entrance.

I would skip this place. The food isn't great. I went with my friend and they also agreed the food doesn't taste good. The staff were attentive and friendly. But don't go

Total clown show. Terrible service on a Friday afternoon, just one clueless bartender/server for the whole bar and outside area. Too bad service is so poor because the place is very cute.

Definitely a local place but the people were nice! Good prices too..we were a little worried it would be expensive because it's right across the street from the lake but definitely reasonably priced! Was a nice surprise
It was nice being on the water. The place was not busy, but you have to ask for drinks, food took awhile. Usual Fried/ pub menu- nothing to visit again.

I wanted to love this place- directly across the street from Candlewood Lake. We sat there for 15 minutes, at the bar, waiting for a bartender to show-up- I even called the business number … TWICE- and didn’t stir a response. We left, unattended, without a bartender or server in sight. So disappointing.

If you need a local bar, then this is one for you. Great location across from candlewood Lake. Whoever is behind the bar is very friendly. They even have some amazing food. In the summer, the patio is amazing to relax and have a drink on.
