Service was great, all the drinks were made fresh 10/10 !!! Avocado Salad was extremely fresh, chicken tamale was tasty, tostones were cooked beautifully, fish was good, shrimp was crunchy and steak was tender. I would definitely recommend this location.

absolutely horrible horrible experience. we order chicken soup and waited forty minutes and watched as three tables that arrived after us get chicken soup only for the waitress to tell us they had run out. We tried talking to the waitress and she was extremely rude and patronizing and had no remorse at all. she made the experience that much worse.

Service does not check up and offer any assistance or insights.
They choose their own tip and choose the highest percent.
They have served me damaged food three times and they don't even apologize, only the waitress is sorry and instead of correcting the problem in the kitchen they retaliate by scolding the waitresses as if it were their fault, the worrying thing is that they are going to poison someone

The last time we entered the restaurant, excellent service; They attended to us quickly. But yesterday we ordered a chaulafan from Delivery and it was very little, I think they forgot the ingredients, it had a different flavor, finally with luck ? we found only one shrimp...but we will try again.

I always go to eat at this restaurant with my family, no problem, but yesterday I was terribly disappointed: it was very hot and they did not have air conditioning, they have many screens but they were all turned off, the food was acceptable but could be improved, the cost of the shakes are not the same as shown on the menu,………. but the worst was when they added the obligatory 14% tip, on top of taxes, and we all know that the tip is voluntary and for the waitresses, but when it appears on the bill it is for the owners and what the waiters receive are crumbs In conclusion, if you don't want to have a bad time and give away your money, THINK TWICE!!!
