Leo's a newly opened italian eatery in the former basilico is definitely an improvement, but thats it..Walking in and the air feels stale w a hint of cigarette butts likely do to the smokeshop located downstairs.As for the food....Started off w Mozzarella Sticks~Pretty disappointing. They were the store bought frozen kind and they werent even melty hot, just room temp. ?Salad was so so, balsamic was OK but the greens didnt taste washed and it was more like an afterthought than an antipasto.Finished w the spaghetti and meatballs which were just ok... sauce was closer to a vodka style, pasta was from a box which is ok, and the meatballs IF not pre-made commercial bought were definitely lacking in imagination and flavor

Good people and amazing sauce. We picked up pizza, garlic knots, and mozzarella sticks today, delicious. This isn't our first time eating here. We always enjoy it. Definitely recommend this great place.

Went to get a small pizza. Ordered a small and left with the pizza in a large box thinking it was just put in a large box. Brought it home and it was a large. The pizza was good but I asked for a small.

I placed an order for lunch penne vodka and it came with a salad and it was the perfect portion . It was hands down one of the best penne vodkas I have ever had. The owner is a nice man who greets you and give you your food. Can’t wait to order again !!!

Leo’s is my favorite restaurant in Danbury. I had my birthday celebration here and it could not have been better. The ownership, food , and service are top notch and worth a try if you are visiting Danbury. Easy off of 84 and stop by to visit Leo’s.
