Absolutely wonderful experience at our first time at Rebellion tonight! From the vibe and atmosphere, to the most amazing drinks by Dorian at the bar and the incredible, elevated food (Bronzino & NY Strip to be specific) and just an absolute amazing experience overall. A must visit! 5 🌟 all the way!!

Short Rib was very good, the eggplant was very good we also had the mushroom crostini and antipasto. The tri color cake was so delicious too.
A great experience. Dorian is a fabulous bartender. Attentive and his mixing skills are top notch. Finally a bartender in this area that knows NOT to shake a Manhattan AND to add bitters.
Food was also great. I had their unique twist on Chicken Scarp. Fabulous. Owner Tim checked on me and is a very gracious host.

Rebellion Kitchen & Bar is a gem of a restaurant in Danbury, offering an absolute experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is amazing, with great vibes, beautiful ambiance, and a space that feels alive. A live R&B and Jazz band performed and it was insane. The food is completely on point—steak tartare is good but needs a little work, as it is lacking seasoning, while the duck tacos are amazing with a little kick at the end. The bone marrow is the best ever had, and the side salad that came with it was truly delicious. The menu is creative, and everything ordered was delicious. Portion sizes for the small plates are good, perfect to split between two people. The service is top-tier, with friendly and attentive staff. The owner is very nice, accommodating, and welcoming. The drinks are nothing short of spectacular. Some of the best food in the region, and every minute will be enjoyed.
