“I stopped by this Subway as a “healthier” take-out option on my drive home from work. Unassuming from the outside, I was surprised with how spacious the inside of the restaurant was. The ramp leading up to the counter is great relief from stairs and is a nice addition in terms of accessibility.In terms of the food, Subway isn’t my normal pick for a deli sandwich—there’s a lot of better options out there. However, I enjoyed my tuna sandwich. The bread and tuna both could have used some extra seasoning, but everything was fresh and made to my liking. I also enjoyed an oatmeal cookie and thought the $8 price tag was fair considering the quality.“
“I am not a huge fan of subway. Someone gave me a gift card for a special event. While shopping at Walmart, my wife and I got hungry and remembered I had it. I was pleasantly surprised. The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I got the Baja steak with pickled peppers, jalapeño peppers, red onion on the Italian herb bread. Loved the sauce and all the toppings. For Subway, the steak was good. My wife got the regular steak and cheese with a bunch of toppings. Still have more on the gift card, so I will be back. Maybe subway can change my mind about their sandwiches. Will definitely be trying the buffalo chicken when I come back.“
“This Subway location is nearby the university where I work and attend graduate courses. Sometimes, when school and work call, Subway is my best option at lunch. Subway locations vary because they are so ubiquitous, but this one is spotlessly clean. On top of that, I don't think I've ever seen a more perfectly stacked Subway sandwich at any other location I've ever been to. That is to say the food was perfectly prepared and the staff worked quickly to get me on my way at lunch time. Subway is a Connecticut company that serves people from many different backgrounds. When you enter a Subway in Connecticut and order food, you should expect the state to be home to the best franchises. This is -- other than a giant Subway I went to in Maine -- easily the best Subway I've seen in Connecticut. I wish there was a second location in downtown Danbury where the Subway sandwiches would be prepared like this. These ladies who are preparing the sandwiches should be more like regional managers, making the rounds to train other staffers. They did a fantastic job today and always when it comes to delivering a sub that has clearly been prepared with customer satisfaction in mind.“
“I love this Subway. I'd like to specifically mention Sif in particular, the younger guy with the backwards hat. His sandwiches look like the commercials, and it's clear he doesn't just throw ingredients in and send people on their way. The other day I was getting lunch and the spinach was getting low, so he said "Hold on, I'll get more spinach.
