The service was terrible! The girl that took our order was rude and dismissive. The meatballs were luke warm if that. They charge us $3 just to add cheese, which I wouldn’t mind if they actually added even a dollar worth of cheese. The cucumber and tomato salad which had no flavor, was the same temperature of the meatballs.

This review took me time to think about before leaving, but sitting here drinking my $5:00 regular coffee from Panera, looking at my receipt showing I paid $3.21 for a regular size of carbonated water, better known as Seltzer or Club Soda. Some places won’t even charge you for Carbonated Water that comes out of the fountain. I didn’t this time, nor do I ever expect to get it for free, but over $3:00 for a drink that cost them about .9 cents is out of control for any business….. For that reason and only that reason will I be giving Sbarro Foods at the Darien CT rest area ONE STAR.

Pizza was lukewarm, chewy, and tasted like sadness. But the real disaster? One of the employees some muslim kid flipped my slice like a pancake, dropped it crust-down on the counter, then just put it on my tray like that was normal. I ate it. I regret everything.
