Ordered a BEC biscuit this morning and after leaving I opened the wrapper and saw I was given a badly burnt biscuit. Because I was running late for work, I took a small bite to see if it was edible and it wasn’t. I immediately called them back to tell them of the issue so that they could make another sandwich.
