I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Delivery time was supposed to be between 6:45pm-6:55pm. At 7:15pm I call inquiring about my order. After a 5 minute hold I'm told someone would be there in 10 minutes. At 7:40pm the driver calls and says she has been driving for 15 minutes and can't find my house(we have ordered delivery from here for years). The customer service is horrible. I ordered a pizza two days ahead of time to be here at a specific time on Saturday and not only was it 45 minutes late but I had to call the restaurant to see where my pizza was and when it delivered it was cold. so of course I contacted the restaurant about the cold pizza, and The owner is incredibly rude.
