It's your typical Popeyes but what makes it different is that the food was hot and fresh. Hopefully it stays that way and not just because they're just opening.
The chicken sandwich is good but the help need work they greet you like you just woke em up they don't speak up I have to repeat myself 3 times they drop my change and then when I park and eat there's no fork how are you supposed to eat mashed potatoes with no fork. I manage to leave PO'D every time.
Go for the deals for the best value. We got the $20 nine piece which came with four biscuits and a side. Side we chose was the mac and cheese for an additional $.60 but worth it as they give you the large size. It was creamy and delicious. Chicken was nice and crispy, mixed pieces which is fine by me, and the biscuits were hot and tender. More food than we could eat, really, but served hot and fresh by very competent and friendly people. Clean place, nice experience.
