Taco Bell in East Hartford

“Decided I really wanted some Taco Bell this afternoon after work so I went and grabbed my daughter and we stopped in, ordered our meals and chose freezes for our drinks and when the food came out I was told by 2 different employees that the machine was broken so I simply asked what I should do because it was an upcharge with our meals and I had already paid and that’s when I met Cici who immediately stepped in grabbed our cups and gave us our freezes (not sure why the other 2 lied 🤷‍♀️) we ate in so I was able to see what a great employee she is and asked for her name before we left so I could come give her the 5 stars she deserves! You saved the day so thank you and please know your appreciated!“
