“Mmmmm mmmmm! When I need that fix I run to the Bell! Nostalgicly gobbled down 2 Meximelts and a Green Burrito! SO good ❤️
Vegetarian options: Easiest place to get/create veg options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and tables.“
“one of the better Taco Bells, there is distinct lack of fatherless behavior within this staff and service and that is much appreciated. One of the guys there Bill seems to be the guy who knows what he's doing and runs a tight ship. it really is his customer service and charisma is why I'm writing this.“
“This review is really about Amy with the butterflies! She just made me the best little drink and you should try it Baja blast dirty with a swirl! You will not be disappointed just ask for Amy with the butterflies! Thank you, Amy. Thank you for your 10 years of service!“
“As an occasional door dasher but more so a frequent customer, by far, Boston road, Springfield Mass Taco Bell is my favorite. Un like most establishments these days, at any Taco Bell location you are always welcomed, appreciated and wanted. At Taco Bell we get great food and great service without attitude.... eye roll...and crappy customer service.. Best by far❤❤“
“Went tonight 9/3, 9:39pm to pick up and mobile order and because I ask that one of the Baja blast was changed to a Pepsi the girl that was at the drive through window she did it with some attitude visible she was unhappy to change it, she told me next time do it on the app and then she started to laugh with her co-worker. Been working with customer retail service she should know that excellent customer service is a key to success business, make the customer wanted to go back and order, or she doesn’t know that is us who goes and order, eats are the one who pay her salary, if you have a good service you get a good business. So can someone let her or any manager know that If she doesn’t know how to treat customers she should be working in the drive through window. Love this Taco Bell but her actitud is not the best one.“
