On my way to Niantic I stopped by the Dunkin in East Lyme. I was very confused by this location. There were four employees working, yet it took them over 20 minutes to make two coffees. And I was the only one in the store. I ordered the new Cookie Butter Cold Brew. The guy who I placed the order with, said this flavor is the same as the Caramel Chocolate, do I mind getting that instead? I'm not sure how those two could be the same, but sure. This place has many issues. Some mean workers and basically don't take pride in their jobs. You have a Indian woman who just is rude and doesn't listen, and then you have workers that don't give out things that are edible. For example, I asked for crispy hash browns. What I got was a hot mess thrown into a bag that doesn't look edible enough to give to a dog. Asked for bagel toasted light butter. What I got was a burnt bagel with enough butter to fill a tub.
