Starbucks is a popular coffee shop known for its cozy and quaint atmosphere, despite the ongoing construction outside. However, the service quality has been inconsistent, with some customers reporting long wait times and staff who are not fully trained on the app deals and register usage. The restaurant is often very busy, leading to a chaotic environment for customers trying to get their coffee. Overall, Starbucks provides a friendly experience, but could benefit from a larger location to accommodate the high demand.
